With over 7 years of proven experience in revenue management, I’ve had the privilege of optimizing listings for 90+ clients and pricing more than 7,000 properties across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East. My career foundations were built at global hospitality leaders like Marriott International and Radisson Hotel Group, where I honed a strategic approach to revenue management that blends innovative pricing strategies with data-driven analytics.
CEO/Founder
I’ve spent close to a decade building and scaling short-term rental businesses in some of the most competitive markets around the world. My journey started in London at one of Europe’s largest Airbnb management companies, before I relocated to Vancouver to launch their North American operations. In 2019, I joined HostGenius as COO, where I helped grow the company to over 300 homes under management. In 2024, I founded The Hosting Helper to share my expertise with Hosts and Property Managers.

I come from a hospitality background, having worked in hotels around the world before applying that knowledge to the Short Term Rental industry. Along the way, I’ve gotten to know all the cool modern tools: PMS, automation, AI, and more, that make life easier. Now, I specialize in Customer Service, Account Management, and Quality and Operations management, using my experience to truly understand what property owners and managers need and expect from our services, always aiming to meet and exceed their expectations.
