How can you save us money?

Our partners see revenue and portfolio growth — and we hold partnership agreements with the top software in the industry (Guesty, PriceLabs, Enso, KeyData and more), which are included in your monthly rate.
Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long lock-in. We work on a rolling basis with a 30-day notice period, so you're free to leave whenever it suits. We do ask that you give it a full three months, though — that's the fairest window to really assess how it's going and see the difference in your numbers.
How long does onboarding take?

Typically 5–7 business days to be fully integrated. It can take longer if a PMS swap is required.
Can you communicate with our owners?
+
Yes — and always under your brand. We work as a white-label extension of your team, so any communication with your owners comes from you. They never need to know a third party is involved, and you keep the relationship. Taxes and licensing stay with you.
Do you offer accounting services?

No — but we have an accounting partner we're happy to recommend.
