1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Contact details: name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- Account and client information: business details, property information, and identity verification documents provided when onboarding as a client.
- Guest information: name, contact information, booking details, ID verification, and stay preferences, collected on behalf of our property-owner clients in order to manage bookings.
- Payment information: billing details processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications: messages, inquiries, and other correspondence you send us by email, phone, or through our website.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the site, referring URLs, and general interaction data.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand site usage (see Section 5).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Booking platforms and channel managers (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) that we use to manage listings on behalf of clients.

- Service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), property-management software, cleaning and maintenance vendors, and IT service providers, under obligations to protect your information.
- Booking and listing platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo) as necessary to manage and fulfill bookings.
- Property owners/clients, where guest information is necessary to deliver our management services.
- Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or insurance providers, where necessary.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Payment Processing
Payments made through our website or booking systems are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment information directly in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our systems.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate essential site functions, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain website features.
6. Data Retention

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Section 3 excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
